To become a Microsoft Certified Trainer the candidate must be able to demonstrate a high instructional skills level. To acquire verified proof of instructional skills, new MCT candidates must complete a course enrolled in Microsoft Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) Program. Microsoft MCT Program Team works closely with ISCPs to verify MCT candidates have successfully completed an instructional skills program through their organizations.
At the same time, this course is suitable for instructors who want to improve their instructional skills delivering any kind of training and presentations.
